ToolHub Terms of Service
By using ToolHub, you agree to use the site lawfully and to verify results before relying on them in production, financial, engineering, legal, medical, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions.
Service description
ToolHub provides browser-based utilities for conversion, inspection, calculation, drafting, and visualization. The service is offered without an account or subscription. Features can change when browser APIs, technical standards, external data sources, or project requirements change.
Acceptable use
Do not use ToolHub to violate law, infringe intellectual property, attack systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, expose another person’s confidential information, or interfere with the availability of the site. Users remain responsible for the data they choose to process.
Result accuracy and verification
A tool implements the formula, parser, or browser behavior documented on its page. Results can still vary because of units, rounding, incomplete input, browser support, local rules, material tolerances, external-service data, or assumptions that do not match the user’s situation. Keep original data and independently verify consequential results.
Local and external processing
Most tool input is processed in the browser. Some features need public network information or third-party resources. The relevant network request and ordinary website delivery are not the same as a ToolHub backend storing every tool input. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Intellectual property
ToolHub page design, original documentation, and implementation are protected by applicable law. Output created from user-supplied data remains subject to the user’s rights and obligations. A generated configuration or transformation does not grant rights to third-party names, media, standards, or source material.
Third-party services
Hosting, fonts, libraries, public data services, and advertising may be provided by third parties under their own terms. ToolHub does not control their availability, policy decisions, or data-retention practices.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ToolHub and its maintainers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by relying on an unverified result or by a third-party service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
