ToolHub Privacy Policy

This policy separates the data entered into a tool from the ordinary network data processed when a website loads. ToolHub has no account system and no application backend that stores tool input.

Tool input and local processing

Most text conversion, calculation, image, and file-inspection tools process their input in the active browser tab. ToolHub does not operate an application server that receives or stores that input. A tool that needs public network information may send a query to the external service identified by its function; users should not enter secrets into such requests.

Hosting and security logs

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security events required to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare applies its own privacy and retention policies.

Browser storage

Theme, language, and interface preferences may be stored in localStorage or similar browser storage on the user’s device. These values support the interface and can be removed through browser settings. They are not a ToolHub user profile.

Google AdSense

Pages that load Google AdSense may allow Google to use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and—where permitted—personalization. Users can manage advertising preferences at Google Ads Settings. Google processes this data under its own privacy policies.

External resources

The site may request fonts or frontend libraries from Google Fonts, cdn.tailwindcss.com, unpkg.com, and other resources named by a specific tool. Those providers receive normal HTTP request information. ToolHub does not claim that a locally processed tool prevents every third-party page request.

Email and retention

When a user emails [email protected], the email address, message, and attachments are handled by the email provider and retained as needed to answer or document the report. Do not send passwords, private keys, identity documents, or confidential production data. Hosting, email, and advertising providers apply their own retention requirements.

Choices and rights

Users can clear local browser storage, block or delete cookies, manage Google ad preferences, and contact ToolHub about a privacy statement or support message. Blocking third-party resources may limit fonts, icons, advertising, or tools that depend on public network data.
