What to include
Include the exact tool URL, browser and operating-system version, a non-sensitive sample input, the result you expected, and the result you received. Screenshots are useful when the problem is visual.
Do not send secrets
Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, full identity documents, confidential customer data, or the only copy of a file. Replace sensitive values with a minimal test case that still reproduces the issue.
What can be reviewed
Reports may cover calculation errors, format handling, broken controls, keyboard or screen-reader access, mobile layout, misleading documentation, privacy statements, or a duplicated tool. Advertising-account and third-party service decisions remain controlled by those providers.
Correction process
A reproducible issue is checked against the page assumptions and target standard. A material fix is followed by representative desktop, mobile, and regression tests before release.
